What is the difference between a planner and Simcha Concierge?

A planner typically focuses on producing the event itself. Simcha Concierge can do that — and can also take responsibility for the wider experience around it: family coordination, guests, travel, hospitality, sourcing, personal requests, technology, and follow-through. You can engage us for a single responsibility or for complete stewardship.

Can you help with only one part of an event?

Yes. At the Concierge Guidance level we can take on a single responsibility — a difficult vendor, the guest list, travel, or a time-consuming decision — without managing the whole celebration.

Can you manage the entire celebration?

Yes. At the White Glove level we can carry the planning, coordination, and execution end to end. For requests that are lawful, safe, feasible, and appropriate to the engagement, our team finds the clearest path forward and takes responsibility for carrying it through.

Will we have one primary point of contact?

Dedicated and higher-level relationships generally receive a primary concierge who knows your event — with additional specialists working behind that person as needed.

Can you work with vendors we have already selected?

Yes. We're glad to coordinate the vendors and relationships you already have, alongside any we help you source.

Can you support destination or multi-location events?

Yes. Travel, accommodations, transportation, and on-the-ground logistics across locations can all be coordinated as part of the engagement.

Can you help guests directly?

Yes. With your direction, we can assist guests with questions, travel, accommodations, itineraries, and special needs — so hospitality is handled with care.

Can you create custom technology for our event?

Yes — through Simcha Technology, our custom software and AI division. Concierge and Technology work together: technology gives the team clarity, and your concierge gives it judgment, warmth, and follow-through.

Is event-day support included?

It depends on the engagement. Event-week and event-day care — including a command center where appropriate — can be part of higher service levels, and is always agreed in advance.

Do you offer ongoing family or institutional relationships?

Yes. The Private Simcha Office is a long-term relationship for families and organizations with recurring or complex needs. Availability, access, staffing, and continuity are designed privately around each relationship.

How is an engagement priced?

Each engagement is designed privately around the event, responsibilities, duration, team, travel, complexity, and level of access required. After an initial conversation, we prepare a custom scope and proposal.
