Built on trust, by design.
You’re trusting us with some of the most meaningful moments in your family’s life. We take that seriously — with privacy, security, and honesty built into how we work.
What you can count on
Privacy by default
Your guest list, budget, and family details belong to you. We design to collect only what's needed to help you plan, and never sell your personal information.
Sensible security
We build on modern, reputable infrastructure with encryption in transit and access controls — and we'll keep raising the bar as the products grow.
Family-first design
Families plan together, across generations. Sharing, permissions, and communication are designed to keep everyone aligned without exposing what's private.
Jewish lifecycle focus
We are built specifically for Jewish celebration — customs, timelines, and details handled with the care and respect these moments deserve.
Verified vendor direction
As SimchaVendor and our vendor tools roll out, our aim is to support trusted, professional vendors that families can rely on across the ecosystem.
Real support
Questions about your simcha shouldn't go into a void. We're committed to responsive, human support as we launch each product.
Where things stand today
We believe trust starts with honesty, so here’s the plain truth: The Simcha Company is in active development. Several products are still being built, and some features described across this site are planned rather than live.
We don’t process payments on this site, we don’t run a marketplace yet, and we don’t use real customer or vendor data for anything other than what you explicitly share with us when you reach out.
As each product launches, we’ll publish clear, specific terms and privacy details for it. In the meantime, our Privacy and Terms pages explain how this website itself works.
Questions about your data or safety?
We're glad to answer. Transparency is part of the product.
