For professional planners

Software serious enough to run a planning business.

Professional planners aren't running a bigger version of a family's checklist. They're running several simchas at once, with a team, for clients who are paying precisely so they don't have to think about the details. SimchaPlanner is being built for that.

In Development — SimchaPlanner is in design and active development — there is no product to sign into yet. We're talking to planners now, and what they tell us is shaping it.

Who it’s for

A firm, not a single user.

Most planning software is built for one person managing one event. Planning businesses don’t look like that, and the gap shows up everywhere — in what people can see, in who work belongs to, and in what happens when someone is out.

Owners

See every client, every deadline and the health of the business without asking anyone for a status update.

Lead planners

Run your simchas end to end, with everything about each client in one place.

Associates & assistants

Pick up work with the full context already there, and see exactly what's yours.

Day-of coordinators

Walk in holding the timeline, the vendors, the contacts and the plan — not a printed folder.

What we’re designing around

The things a planner would notice immediately.

Several simchas at once

A planner's default state is six live events at different stages. The system should assume that, not treat it as an edge case.

A team, with boundaries

Who can see what, who owns what, and what a client is never shown — handled properly, because it's someone's business.

The client-facing side

What you share with a family should look like your firm, and should be the same truth you're working from.

Jewish events, specifically

The participants, the calendar, the traditions and the decisions that generic event software has never heard of.

Where we stand

We’re not trying to replace you.

A good planner is the reason a simcha feels effortless, and no software substitutes for that. The families who want a professional should have one. What we can do is take the administrative weight off the work — the chasing, the re-entering, the version of the timeline that four people have a different copy of — so more of your day is spent on the part only you can do.
